Cross The River

1oz Summerseat Vodka

.5oz Amaro

1oz Peach or Orange Juice

.5oz Rosemary Syrup


Rosemary Sprig


Combine all ingredients (other than Prosecco) in a shaker.

Add ice, shake, and strain in a flute.

Top with Prosecco.

Garnish with Rosemary Sprig.

Morrisville Mule

2oz Summerseat Vodka

.5oz fresh Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

Lime slice

Mint leaves



Fill a copper mug with ice.

Pour Summerseat Vodka and fresh lime juice.

Top with Ginger Beer. 

Garnish with a lime and mint leaves.

Hot Off The Battlefield

For those chilly winter nights!

1.5oz Summerseat Vodka

3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice

2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey

4oz of Hot Water, just below boiling

1 Lemon Wheel


Add Lemon and Raw Honey, and four ounces of boiling water into a cup.

Stir until the Honey has completely dissolved.

Add one shot of Vodka (for those of legal drinking age) and stir again. 

Top with a Lemon Wedge or Lemon Wheel.

Serve warm.

The All American

.5oz Blue Curacao

1oz Coconut Cream

1.5oz Summerseat Vodka

2oz Strawberry Lemonade

1oz Lemon Juice

.5oz Simple Syrup

3 Strawberries


Add Blue Curacao and Coconut Cream to create the “blue”. Pour in the glass first.

In a shaker, add Summerseat Vodka, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Strawberry Lemonade.

Shake and strain into the glass.

Top with ice and Strawberries.

Declaration of Independence

3oz Summerseat Vodka

.5oz Dry Vermouth

Lemon Peel or Olive


Combine Summerseat Vodka and Dry Vermouth in a cocktail mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir continuously for about 30 seconds until very cold.

Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail or martini glass. 

Garnish with a Lemon Peel or Olive.

The Pennsylvanian

2oz Summerseat Vodka

1.5oz Apple Cider

1oz Simple Syrup

.5oz Lemon Juice

Soda water

Orange Bitters

Orange Zest


Combine Summerseat Vodka, Apple Cider, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice in a shaker.

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass with ice.

Top with soda water and 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.

Garnish with Orange Zest.
